Alcumus Has Acquired Cognibox

We’re thrilled to share some news; Alcumus has acquired Cognibox, a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for training, contractor management and employee compliance.

As we continue to expand our North American business, we recognize the value and importance of a Quebec-based and founded business. Cognibox has an outstanding team that has built a leading customer-centric business with world-class support and training tools, and we’re excited to bring that expertise into the Alcumus ecosystem. With these new team members, we will be better equipped to support Francophone markets and businesses across both Canada and the USA.
